Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient nursing care within a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, including identification of lethal and critical cardiac rhythms
• Float to other Med/Surg units as needed, including cardiac, spine, and neuro
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care during night shift hours
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Epic electronic health record experience required
• Must pass a Telemetry competency exam prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with 100% identification of lethal rhythms)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple Med/Surg specialty units such as cardiac, spine, or neuro
• Demonstrated ability to float and adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit environments
