The Budget Analyst position is responsible for the full range of budget functions, including budget preparation, variance analysis, and various analytics. There is a wide breadth of data needs that are supported by this position which requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with others to complete assignments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Responsible for the development, review, and tracking of the annual operating and capital budgets including collection of financial information, validating integrity of data, creating supporting analysis, maintaining budgets within Axiom, processing adjustments, reconciliations and reporting, and attending meetings with leadership (if necessary). 2. Assist in preparation of monthly financial reporting package. Utilizing strong knowledge of all aspects of the data that goes into the month end report, reviews for accuracy, analyzes data, comparing to prior reports and assessing for accuracy. Prepares draft commentary and identifies potential trends/issues to be highlighted and addressed. 3. Analyze financial data and create financial models. Utilizing knowledge of Excel, Workday & Axiom, analyze RVUs for revenue optimization, identify trends & evaluate financial performance by comparing actual to forecasted results, identify and recommend actions in areas for process improvement4. Consistently meet deliverable deadlines5. Solid team player and comfortable dealing with confidential information6. Cross-train functions with Senior Financial Analyst as necessary to provide coverage7. Other duties and projects as requested by Finance Directors and departmental managers.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting required. Licensure, Certification & Registration: N/A Experience:

1-3 years of related work experience required.Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Well-developed organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and functions effectively and calmly in a deadline-oriented environment.

Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access, and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis, and maintain databases.

Pay Range:

$68,640.00 USD - $114,712.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
