Nursing Evening Supervisor

St. Joseph Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a full-time, RN LPN Nursing Evening Supervisor to join our team. Some of the Job Responsibilities of the RN LPN Nursing Evening Supervisor Serves as a clinical leader for the 3 pm-11pm shift. Clinical resource who assists and coaches the staff using the nursing process. Helps guide the staff to make sound clinical decisions. Ensures the facilities policy, procedures and protocols are followed. Assists with the admission process. Helps staff respond timely in an emergency. Conducts rounds to ensure residents are receiving quality care. Communicates and assists families and visitors.
