Advanced Personnel Resources is actively recruiting for our client’s next Call Center Representative (Entry Level) training class in Greensboro!

This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing customer service and assisting others, while learning the client’s products and becoming a knowledgeable subject matter expert (training provided).

• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French is a plus

Shift: Must have flexibility to work as late as 7 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $15- $16 per hour

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Provide comprehensive support for client needs, including troubleshooting issues and offering product or service guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry into customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services.
• Assist with cash handling procedures when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer concerns thoroughly.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service quality.
• Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and recommend improvements in service delivery.
• Support training initiatives by sharing best practices in communication, sales techniques, and client engagement.
