Mon - Fri - 1030am to 7pm

Pay - $15 Non Bilingual $16 for Bilingual Spanish / French

We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Call Center Agent to join our customer support team. This role involves engaging with clients via phone, providing exceptional service, and addressing inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and an additional language, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a client-focused environment while developing valuable sales and customer service expertise.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
• Assist clients by providing detailed information about products and services, addressing questions, and resolving issues promptly.
• Support sales initiatives through effective communication and upselling when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and data entry within the company’s CRM system.
• Follow call center protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately during transactions.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve departmental goals.
• Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify opportunities for process improvements.

 

Skills

• Multilingual proficiency, including fluency in English and at least one additional language.
• Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote products or services effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional tone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of call center operations, including phone etiquette and customer service best practices.
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Basic cash handling experience coupled with strong typing skills for efficient documentation.
