Policy QA Specialist: Insurance & Underwriting Quality
Acrisure
Acrisure is seeking a Policy Assurance Specialist to join our quality assurance team. Standard operating hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and the role is on-site. This position focuses on defining QA metrics, auditing calls, chats, emails, and underwriting tasks to ensure compliance and quality across operations. You will develop QA scorecards, generate weekly and monthly reports, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Acrisure
