IAM Program Manager (Identity Transformation)

As an Advisor IAM Program Manager at Gainwell, you will lead complex identity and access management transformation programs across multiple business units. You will oversee enterprise IAM implementations, application onboarding, system integrations, and program governance while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and business requirements. Lead enterprise IAM transformation programs from planning through implementation and operational transition Oversee identity governance implementations using Saviynt, Okta, PingOne, Ping AIC, Microsoft Entra, or comparable platforms Manage program scope, roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and deliverables Lead large-scale onboarding involving 20 or more applications across multiple business units Coordinate ServiceNow integrations and IAM-related access request, governance, and security workflows Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, technology, and business leaders to drive decisions and resolve delivery risks 10+ years of experience leading complex technology, cybersecurity, identity, or program management initiatives

• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise IAM or identity governance implementations
• Hands-on program delivery experience with Saviynt, Okta, PingOne, Ping AIC, Microsoft Entra, or comparable platforms
• Experience leading IAM transformations and large-scale application onboarding across multiple business units
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, security controls, identity governance, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks
• Strong cross-functional leadership, program governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
