Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (MS RN)

This is a 13-week contract position.

3x12-Hour Day Shift (07:00 - 19:00), every other weekend, on-call required once per pay period.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (MS RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a critical access facility.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Document patient care and responses in the electronic health record (Epic).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of charge experience.
• Experience with a patient ratio of 6.
• Valid RN license in Washington or compact state.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Demonstrated proficiency in blood product administration, IV management, and other nursing skills.
