Position Overview: The Troy Plant Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of plant operations to ensure a safe, productive, and high-performing manufacturing environment. The Plant Manager leads all aspects of plant operations including safety, quality, employee development, operational and financial performance, supply chain effectiveness, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving across production, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and support functions. Success in this position requires strong communication, operational and financial acumen, the ability to develop people and future leaders, and a commitment to delivering customer satisfaction through reliable execution, operational excellence, cost management, and strategic growth initiatives.
