Aflac is expanding in the Nassau County / Garden City market and is seeking ambitious, growth-minded professionals for a Fast-Track to District Coordinator role.
This opportunity combines personal production , mentorship , and leadership development , with a defined path to building and leading your own team.
⭐ What You’ll Do- Produce personal B2B sales
- Mentor and support new Benefits Advisors
- Participate in leadership development training
- Assist with onboarding and field training
- Lead ride-alongs and enrollment support
- Help drive district growth initiatives
- Clear leadership development path to District Coordinator
