Fine Art Handler Coordinator

The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier warehousing and logistics organization, and we are looking to hire a Fine Art Handler Coordinator for their Melville, NY location. In this role you are required to offer professional, courteous, and efficient support to clients, vendors, and employees while assisting with client account management and service delivery.

Schedule: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Manage small projects from quote through billing and support larger projects as needed
• Coordinate small-parcel interstate shipments and support packing operations
• Support warehouse operations, including the receiving and release of property through trailers, containers, shuttles, and third-party trucks
• Serve as a liaison between client service and warehouse operations teams
• Support account management with client files, purchase orders, documentation, and invoicing
• Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Packing, and warehouse teams to meet client expectations
• Complete client requests and project needs in a timely manner
• Ensure art, antiques, furniture, and other property are safely stored and properly handled
• Maintain inventory of packing supplies, equipment, and tools
• Inspect warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts
• Review storage accounts and verify property is located where indicated in the system
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for inbound and outbound trailers and containers
• Provide professional communication and administrative support
• Support senior leadership with administrative and operational needs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and safety policies

What We Are Looking For:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Art, or a related field preferred

3–5 years of logistics, warehousing, art handling, packing, or related experience preferred

Experience in logistics, fine art, interior design, warehouse, or construction environments

Stable employment history with a demonstrated commitment to long-term roles

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with warehouse or logistics software preferred; training provided
