Vivo Healthcare at West Orange is Hiring a Business Office Manager (BOM)

Former Business Office Experience in a Skilled Nursing Home is Required!!

At West Orange Center for Nursing, we pride ourselves on our exceptional employee culture and the high level of care we provide for our residents. Business Office Manager (BOM) Responsibilities:
Medicaid application processing, assist with cash collections, census daily update, payor changes, level of care, nomnics, entering collection notes in PCC, screening for long term, depositing checks daily, RMS updated daily, resident petty cash intake and out take, attend weekly UR meeting, and triple check.
