Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a mixed Medical/Surgical patient population on a 30-bed unit
• Manage a patient assignment ratio of 5–6:1 in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in alignment with unit protocols and standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma or mid-to-large hospital setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• No time-off requests (RTO) during the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude and punctuality in a high-acuity environment
