Join a specialized behavioral health inpatient setting in Eagle River, AK, as a Pharmacist on a per diem basis for a 4 to 8-week assignment. This role offers an opportunity to apply your pharmacy expertise in a rewarding clinical environment focused on behavioral health care.

Schedule:

• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• On-call responsibilities during evenings and potential weekend coverage
• Orientation and training provided for 2 days prior to assignment start

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional pharmacy staffing support within the inpatient behavioral health unit
• Manage medication order entry utilizing HCS and Omnicell automated systems
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Alaska Pharmacist License plus Alaska RPh Permit required
• Experience in hospital pharmacy settings is highly regarded
• Proficiency with Omnicell automation preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail in medication management
