Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Adecco is seeking a Production Operator for a valued client in Fort Collins, CO. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations and contribute to the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment with safety and efficiency.

• Perform routine setup, adjustments, and changeovers on machinery to ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet strict company specifications.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles to promote safety and efficiency.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve and exceed production goals.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and quality.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager to support team needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably as a production operator or in a related role.

• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.

• Strong work ethic and dedication to meeting production targets.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work effectively within a team setting.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
