Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as required for school-based SLPs
• Clinical experience with grades K-12 (elementary through high school)
• Strong foundation in assessment, intervention, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability working with diverse student populations
• Familiarity with best practices and current technology for speech therapy in schools

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement effective, data-driven therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and progress updates
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to facilitate student success
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services across grade levels
• Maintain thorough documentation while adhering to all legal, ethical, and district standards
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding progress and recommended strategies for home support
