Shift: 3PM - 11PM Compensation: LPN: $36.00 - $42.00 | RN: $44.00 - $49.00 Sign On Bonus: RN $2,500 | LPN $2,000 Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans Requirements: Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required Benefits Healthcare benefits (full-time only) Dental (full-time only) Vision (full-time only)
