Hospitality Coordinator

The Hospitality Coordinator works as part of the events team to manage guest communications and guest experience at our cooperate events. This role will handle the invitation and response process, tracks guest preferences, and serves as a warm, welcoming presence for attendees before and during events. Key Responsibilities Prepare, distribute, and track event invitations across print and digital channels Manage RSVP responses, maintain accurate guest lists, and provide headcount updates to the events team Record and communicate guest preferences — dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, seating requests, and special accommodations Serve as a cordial, welcoming point of contact for guests, responding to inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and warmth Maintain guest records and update the CRM or guest database following each event Support the events team with general event logistics Prepare post-event guest summaries and feedback reports Requirements 5+ years in hospitality, events, guest services, front‑of‑house, or a client‑facing administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication; polished phone and email etiquette Strong organizational skills with proven accuracy managing lists, records, and deadlines across concurrent events Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and mail merge Experience with a CRM, guest database, or event registration platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Cvent, Eventbrite) Discretion in handling confidential guest information, including dietary, medical, and accessibility details Ability to stay composed and courteous under pressure in a fast‑paced, live‑event environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The Trump Group
