Co-Dough | Front-of-House Team MemberAt Co-Dough, hospitality is at the center of everything we do. We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals who are passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience.Front-of-house team members are responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer while ensuring the bakery remains fully stocked, organized, and ready for service throughout the day.Welcome and assist customersOperate the register and process transactionsPackage and present productsAnswer customer questions and provide product recommendationsMaintain product displaysRestock beverages, packaging, and suppliesKeep all front-of-house areas clean and organizedComplete opening and closing responsibilitiesSupport other team members as neededStrong communication and customer service skillsPositive attitude and a team-oriented mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWeekend availability preferredPrevious customer service experience is a plus but not requiredCompensation is based on experience.
