Job ID: SRJ_8031Posted: 2025-12-10Location: Irving, TXSalary: USD 115-120 / Yearly (Full Time)Employment Type: Full TimeIndustry: Computer SoftwareClient: WiproContact: Meghana GorusuCompany: SRI Tech SolutionsOpenShift EngineerIrving TX- Onsite (Hybrid)Primary Skills: Linux, Openshift, Kubernetes, Shell scripting.Responsibilities:· Enable engineering initiatives of standardizing environment build & configuration processes· Enable Engineering Product certifications (Infrastructure, Configuration & Business enablement)· Infrastructures build & usage certifications for on-prem Windows/Linux infrastructure and containerized environment· Infrastructure build & product configuration automation (using Ansible)· Work with project teams and developers to ensure those teams understand compatibility with desktop and server platforms· Create and contribute to processes for missing or new solutions that are implemented due to gap· Risk & Compliance reviews of Vulnerabilities/EOVSQualifications:· 5-7 years of relevant experience is enabling on-prem Windows/Linux platform with experience in containerized open-shift or cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance as an Engineering or Level 3 expert· Experience in troubleshooting/maintenance of applications on Windows/Linux servers or containerized open-shift or cloud infrastructure with interest in growing in Infrastructure architecture and middleware responsibilities · Experience in enabling and maintaining products on Windows/Linux infrastructure with exposure to containerized open-shift or cloud infrastructure· Experience with automation or lo-code technologies (Automation Anywhere, Appian Boardwalk, or other automation technologies) · Expert hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Linux Scripting, Ansible, etc. · Experience is setting up Application Monitoring implementation (AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.)· Must have Linux app server (Apache, Tomcat, etc.) and Linux shell script/troubleshooting experience· Experience with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipeline tools· Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow and JIRA· Schedulers (Autosys, etc.)· IT Support based qualifications / training· Patch ManagementCritical Competencies:· Strong verbal and written communication · Must have worked on identifying and driving process/service improvement, automation opportunities and customer improvements· Must be able to adapt and learn the PAS products utilizations and setup covering AutomationAnywhere, Appian, Boardwalk & Xceptor from an Engineering and Infrastructure architecture perspective.· ITIL certified· Being part of a team, you will be expected to work un-supervised and manage your workload effectivelySRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
