HEDIS Data Analyst

To support data-driven transformation initiatives, the full-time remote HEDIS Data Analyst will manage HEDIS measurement, reporting, and validation activities while collaborating with various teams to enhance quality scores and ensure compliance with CMS regulations. Key responsibilities Support HEDIS measurement, reporting, validation, and annual submission activities Analyze HEDIS performance results and identify opportunities for quality improvement Collaborate with technical teams to align HEDIS reporting requirements with data governance standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field 4-6+ years of healthcare payer or health plan experience Strong hands-on knowledge of HEDIS reporting initiatives Advanced SQL experience for healthcare data analysis and validation Understanding of CMS regulations and quality reporting requirements Virtual Vocations Inc
