Facilities Maintenance Tech- 1st Shift

Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will repair and maintain building, flooring, painting, cleaning, and other miscellaneous activities. To perform routine maintenance, and repairs of facility.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building and material handling equipment.
• Assist in relocating or installing building equipment as needed.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility and production system and equipment
• Help maintain a professional, safe, and organized production facility
• Some weekend and work after business hours required
• Must have the ability to work with vendors and tenants in a professional manner
• Patch walls and paint instead of painting.
• Perform weed removal and general grounds maintenance.
• Supports, encourages, and complies with all company policies and procedures including Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP and on the job training
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related field preferred but not required.

Role's Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours
• Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment
