Purpose and Position in Organisation The Senior Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. They will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with colleagues in teams such as Sourcing and Administration. Senior Recruiters will be aligned to high-touch client business units or stakeholder groups that require additional attention. This may involve more rounds of interviews, more data/insight-led consultation, more complex offer negotiation, intricate reward structures, or interfacing with more senior hiring managers. They will follow a high-touch workflow, investing more time at each stage of the recruitment process than a Recruiter. Reports to Team Leader or Manager - Client Services People Manager Key Accountabilities Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a strategic talent advisor throughout the hiring process. Lead vacancy intake and workforce planning discussions to define hiring requirements, recruitment strategies, timelines, compensation parameters, and selection processes. Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across Data Center Technology, Logistics Technology, and Critical Environment Technology roles. Deliver hiring goals ranging from 20–50 hires per month while supporting large-scale recruitment programs of 300–400 hires annually . Drive class/cohort-based and high-volume recruitment initiatives within RPO and corporate recruiting environments. Partner with sourcing teams to develop and execute attraction strategies aligned with market trends, talent availability, and business demands. Provide market intelligence and consultative guidance to hiring managers on talent availability, skill requirements, compensation expectations, and hiring feasibility. Monitor recruitment funnel metrics and proactively identify pipeline bottlenecks, implementing solutions to ensure hiring targets are achieved. #J-18808-Ljbffr
