Afternoon Receptionist

The Receptionist supports dealership operations by creating a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-driven experience for customers, employees, and visitors. This role serves as a central point of communication within the dealership while supporting administrative coordination, customer service, and daily operational activities aligned with organizational standards and values. Job Description: Customer Experience & Front Desk Support Greet customers, vendors, and visitors promptly and professionally upon arrival. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Assist customers with general dealership inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel or departments. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception and customer-facing environment. Support a positive customer experience through responsive communication and hospitality-focused service. Administrative & Operational Support Assist with administrative tasks including filing, recordkeeping, scanning, data entry, and document organization. Support scheduling, communication, and operational coordination activities as assigned. Maintain accurate records and assist with dealership administrative processes. Monitor office supply needs and notify leadership regarding operational or administrative concerns. Collaborate effectively with dealership personnel to support daily operational needs. Communication & Professional Standards Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer, employee, and dealership information. Support dealership standards related to professionalism, customer care, and workplace conduct. Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attendance record. Participate in meetings, training, and development opportunities as assigned. Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented workplace culture.
