Medical Front Office Rep | Tulsa, OK

$16-$17/HR, DOE, M-F 8am-5pm, Full-Time,

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with phone systems and be able to handle emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency. This candidate must have at least 1 year of medical front office experience.

Medical Front Office Rep Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
• Schedule appointments for patients - Verify patient insurance information
• Collect co-pays and payments for services rendered
• Manage patient medical records in an organized and confidential manner
• Respond to emergency situations with calmness and efficiency

Medical Front Office Rep Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
