We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing Taco Bell location, ensuring outstanding guest and employee experience while achieving strong financial results. The role commands a pay range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with a transparency range of $63,000 to $83,000. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and drive performance across food quality, service, and guest satisfaction. Recruit, interview, hire, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads; conduct new‑hire orientation and create individualized training plans. Schedule staff and manage labor costs; address performance issues and maintain high team engagement. Control the restaurant budget and create financial plans, including cost controls and revenue growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards. General Manager Behaviors Train and develop the entire team effectively. Maintain positive interactions with guests, Taco Bell management, and the restaurant team.
