Role Overview The RN Hospice Visiting Nurse ensures quality and safe delivery of hospice nursing services to patients in the home or assisted living setting. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing the plan of care and making necessary revisions. Coordinating the plan of care and maintaining continuity with other health professionals. Supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides and performing supervisory visits per regulatory guidelines. Providing education, supervision, and counseling to clients and their families regarding home nursing procedures and care needs. Ensuring accurate and timely electronic documentation and OASIS data entry. Compensation Annual salary with eligibility for weekly productivity bonuses. Requirements Current RN license required.
