Job Description

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
Experience with K-12 students in pediatric, healthcare, schools, and/or teletherapy environments
Strong communication, organization, and technology skills

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Deliver therapy services on-site and via teletherapy, adapting methods to student needs
Monitor and document student progress toward established goals
Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes
Provide guidance and education to staff and caregivers as needed
