This full-time W2 contract role offers the chance to collaborate closely with educators and families to deliver clinical expertise across a diverse student population, including both in-person and teletherapy services.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
• Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery strategies
• Ability to manage a dynamic K-12 caseload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with families, educators, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct both in-person and teletherapy sessions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
• Counsel families and educators on effective communication strategies
