Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 22 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ardent Health.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: - 100-mile radius rule; no local candidates. - References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant specialty experience within the past 3 years. - Must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Patient population includes sepsis, CIWA, confusion/AMS, COPD, post-op cares, AKI, trauma, respiratory failure, bowel obstruction, pyelonephritis, cardiac conditions, diabetes, GI conditions, isolation, and SI with medical indications.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - 2 weekend shifts per pay period, flexible with needs of the department. - Holidays as required.

Floating Requirements: - Floating as long as competencies are met.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
