Data Specialist/Receptionist (Onsite)

Job Duties Include Data processing and database management. Providing administrative assistance and support to sales team. Managing multiple projects and related documentation. Covering reception area and multi-line phone system. Full‑Time/First Shift Qualifications Must be team oriented with excellent communication skills. Must have excellent computer skills and type a minimum of 40 WPM. Must have great attendance and be willing to learn all aspects of the job. Ability to occasionally work from a standing position, climb stairs, bend and lift. Core Hours: Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm (plus additional hours as required) Training provided. Excellent benefits available.
