Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for a premium subscription offering, optimizing the entire consumer lifecycle from awareness to conversion, engagement, and retention to achieve ambitious growth targets. Act as the voice of the user, translating comprehensive consumer research and market trends into actionable insights that inform feature roadmaps, tiering structures, positioning, and messaging for the product. Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Insights, and Business teams to rigorously validate business models, define compelling value propositions, and ensure optimal product-market fit. Must-Have Qualifications 9+ years of extensive experience in marketing, specifically within product marketing, growth marketing, subscription marketing, or brand marketing. Demonstrated ability to manage and successfully deliver complex, cross-functional projects, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency and deep understanding of subscription models and growth marketing strategies.
