Senior Marketing Manager

Learn more at The Role We're looking for a hands‑on marketing leader who loves building, executing, and making things happen. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing to shape Milestone's brand, grow our thought leadership, support our sales team, and position our products as leaders in AI search. This is a senior IC role, in office at least two days a week, working alongside other members of the marketing team, so you can focus on strategy, content, and execution that moves the needle. What You'll Own Thought Leadership Lead our thought leadership strategy and content calendar Drive webinars, articles, email campaigns, and executive content Secure speaking opportunities for Milestone executives at industry events Syndication of content into other publications Events & Partnerships Provide support on trade shows, customer events, and sponsorships Build and grow strategic partnerships with organizations such as HSMAI, The Financial Brand, AI Hospitality Alliance, Choice Hotels, Preferred Hotels, Leading Hotels, and Historic Hotels Manage joint marketing programs and co-branded initiatives Brand & Corporate Marketing Ensure a consistent, high‑caliber Milestone brand across our website, presentations, collateral, and digital channels Manage corporate messaging, executive bylines, and brand standards What You'll Bring 10+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience Proven success in product marketing, corporate marketing, content, events, and brand building Outstanding writing, storytelling, and communication skills Experience partnering with executive teams to build industry thought leadership A builder's mindset: you enjoy creating, improving, and executing, not just managing Experience in AI, digital marketing, hospitality, or enterprise software is a plus Why Milestone?
