We ask why they were done that way at all.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help shape and scale how Gigs shows up in the world.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of our marketing efforts. You will play a key role in defining how Gigs is positioned in the market and how our story evolves as we scale.You will own and execute across brand, content, performance, AI-driven marketing, and events. You will collaborate closely with Product, Partnerships, Design, and our Executive Team to bring our story to life in every touchpoint.A successful candidate will be highly-motivated and self-directed, with strong project management skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of meaningful, visible work.What You Will DoOwn Gigs’ brand and content storytelling across channels, including our website, blog, social media, case studies and other key marketing assetsOwn and evolve our AI marketing strategy, improving how Gigs is represented, discovered, and recommended across LLMs and emerging AI-driven channelsManage and optimize performance marketing channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn AdsLead internal communications to ensure leadership and cross-functional teams are aligned and informed on key marketing initiativesPlan and execute event marketing, from strategy through on-the-ground coordinationPartner with Design to ensure consistency and quality across all campaigns and marketing assetsPartner with data teams to define brand awareness metrics, implement tracking, and continuously optimize campaignsWhat We Are Looking ForYou are a storyteller who knows how to make complex products easy to understand, adopt, and trustYou have experience working across multiple marketing disciplines, including content, social media, events, and performance marketingYou have built scalable content and distribution engines that measurably amplified brand awarenessYou have used AI tools in your day-to-day work to improve speed, creativity, and decision-makingYou have worked extensively with creative teams and can communicate in marketing briefsYou are comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end, from strategy through executionYou have experience in a high-growth tech startup or marketing agency environmentSalary Range: $ - $ USDWork At GigsAt Gigs, we value in-person collaboration.
