This job location is not currently located in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P).

What You Will Do

• Join a collaborative, well-supported growing Family Medicine practice with 3 other Physicians and 3 APP’s.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages with convenient onsite access to laboratory, X‑ray, and physical therapy services.
• Excellent work‑life balance with a shared 1:18 call schedule.
• Practice in a well‑established outpatient clinic with a manageable patient panel of 16–18 patients per day, fostering meaningful patient relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, and consultation, with opportunities to manage referrals and hospital‑based responsibilities as needed.
• Engage in quality improvement, cost‑effective care initiatives, and academic activities as desired, while maintaining timely, accurate documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
