Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Board-Certified Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Appleton, WI . This position offers a mix of supervision and hands-on cardiac anesthesia, home call coverage, and high-acuity cases in a well-established cardiac program .

Opportunity Details:

• Location: Appleton, WI
• Contract Type: Cardiac Anesthesiologist Locum Tenens
• Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
• Shift Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
  • Call Requirement: 1-2 calls per week (Home Call)
  • Minimum Commitment: 1 week per month + call coverage
• Practice Setting: Supervised Model ( Supervising CRNAs & Performing Own Cases )
• Travel & Lodging: Provided
• EMR System: Epic ( Experience Required)

Case Types:

• Cardiac: CABG & Valve Cases
• General OR Cases (As Needed)
• 1 Dedicated Cardiac OR Per Day

Additional Details:

• Cases performed with CRNA assistance during the day & on call
• Physician will personally perform portions of cases
• OB Coverage Required

Provider Requirements:

• Certification: ABA/AOBA Board-Certified in Anesthesiology
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted WI State License & DEA
• Required Skills: Cardiac Capable, Comfortable Supervising & Performing Own Cases
• EPIC Experience Required
