Travel varies from 2 days to 2 weeks at a time but rarely exceeds 2 weeks per month. Your key responsibilities will be:Planning, organizing, and monitoring projects and programsCreating tactical plans and monitoring and reporting on progressWorking directly with the client to determine the on-site escalation processManaging cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams, communicating objectives and direction clearlyDeveloping a roadmap to connect projects to a Program (multi-project campus or site)Assessing program performanceRepresenting project team at routine technical meetingsAssessing project completion vs budget and coordinating staff adjustments and change orders with Site Leads and Project ManagersPreparing reports for Delivery Managers and Project ManagersSupporting senior management with business development activitiesQualificationsAbout youBachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, PMP or equivalent military or industrial training with 7+ years of experience in electrical/mechanical/controls engineering, energy services, plant operations, or related field or construction managementExperience in the commissioning or maintaining of critical electrical and mechanical systemsProject management background for engineering projectsExperience working with general contractor and excellent skills in communicating expectationsKnowledgeable in major regulations, industry codes and standards as well as basic construction materials, means and methodsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalentQualified to obtain PMP or equivalentQualified to obtain Cx certificationsAdditional InformationWhat we can offer youCommitment to your developmentLeaders guided by our Leadership PrinciplesA culture that welcomes you as the unique person you areInspiration from colleagues, clients, and projectsThe long-term thinking of a foundation-owned companyCompetitive base salaryGenerous PTOExcellent health & retirement benefitsWork at the heart of sustainable change with Ramboll in the AmericasRamboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company.
