They work with property managers, HOAs, and commercial owners who need a partner they can count on, and they've built their reputation on doing the job right. You'll have real autonomy to run your territory, a company vehicle, and a comp plan where your commission has no ceiling. The harder you work this, the more you make. Base salary $85,000 to $90,000 plus uncapped commission. Job Details Own the full sales cycle in the DC/Baltimore market, from prospecting to close. Build relationships with commercial property managers, HOAs, and facility decision makers through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and your own market research. Put together job estimates and bid proposals in partnership with operations. Respond to RFPs and walk clients through the pitch and negotiation. Carry and hit a $1M annual sales target. Stay close to your clients after the ink dries so they become repeat business and referrals. . At least 5 years of related experience, with 3+ years in B2B sales. . Landscape industry background is a plus, but not required. . Strong track record in commercial or HOA services sales will translate. . You need to be comfortable being 100% self generated, building rapport fast, and creating opportunities where none existed before. . Intermediate comfort with CRM software and Microsoft Office. . Valid driver's license required. . Comfortable with extensive travel within the territory and some evening/weekend flexibility for client needs. Interested in hearing more?
