Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Certified Surgical First Assist at Faces+ Plastic Surgery, Skin & Laser Center, located in La Jolla Shores, CA. Daily responsibilities include assisting surgeons in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and surgical efficiency, preparing and maintaining surgical instruments, managing sterilization processes, and supporting the surgical team during procedures. The role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality outcomes for patients. This role is for a candidate that can function as a scrub tech and first assist when needed. Qualifications Experience with Operating Room practices, surgical procedures, and assisting functions Proficiency in Surgical Technology and techniques Knowledge of Medicine, patient care standards, and healthcare protocols Expertise in Sterilization and maintaining a clean, safe medical environment Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) or equivalent certification is required Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care Prior experience in cosmetic or plastic surgery settings is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Faces+ Plastic Surgery, Skin & Laser Center
