In return, we provide you with everything you need to succeed, including a comprehensive benefits program to take care of you and your family.Benefits for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II position include:Weekly pay! $22.00 - $26.00/hour, dependent on your experience and skills.Full benefit package including health, dental, vision, accidental, hospital indemnity, and critical illness options.Disability and life insurance are provided at no cost to the employee.401(k) retirement plan, including company match of up to 4%.Health Savings Account option with company match of up to $500.Paid vacation that begins to accrue on your first day.Retirement plan through the School Employee Retirement System of Ohio (SERS).Nine paid holidays.Education reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, and more!Essential functions for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II position:Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.Perform repairs and troubleshooting of the facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters.Replace door locks and hardware.Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits, and PMs.Small project work.Utilize CMMS work order system.Additional duties as assigned.Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II position:Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.5 plus years of general maintenance experience.Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical.Basic computer knowledge including work order systems and email.Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.Personal hand tools.Must be able to pass BCI and FBI background check as well as Drug Screen.Valid Driver's License.At Omnia360, we are a family-owned business that strives to lead, treat, develop, and take care of our team as the family they are to us.
