What You'll Do

• Lead a team of talented Sales Professionals focused on meetingand exceedingNorth's annual revenue and profitability goals.
• Create and execute sales plans designed to break into new markets, expand our presence in the community, and build valuable referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with teams across Northsales support, product development, and client servicesto ensure seamless onboarding and a superior customer experience for every new client.
• Embrace and promote company initiatives and new programs, ensuring your team stays ahead of the curve.
• Share insights, data, and recommendations with senior leadership to help identify process improvements and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For In This Role - Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
• Completion of a drug screening
• Must live in or near your assigned sales region

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Typically 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 12 years in a leadership or supervisory rolesomeone who knows how to motivate and guide a team to success.
• Experience in SaaS, software, or payment processing is a plus.
