Human Resources Assistant

Job Title Human Resources Assistant Location Cleveland, OH Employer Green Palms Health & Rehab at Crawford Job Summary We seek a detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, payroll support, and employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Support end‑to‑end recruiting and onboarding processes. Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with employment laws. Maintain HRIS records and generate reports. Coordinate payroll processing in ADP and address payroll inquiries. Facilitate employee relations and support employee lifecycle events. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 2 years of HR experience. Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
