Cashier

Cashier – Neighborhood Italian Restaurant

We are a growing neighborhood Italian restaurant seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable cashier to oversee our takeout and delivery operations. Experience with gluten-free food and dietary restrictions is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process takeout and delivery orders
• Organize, verify, and package orders before pickup
• Communicate with guests, delivery drivers, and the kitchen team
• Maintain a clean and organized takeout station
• Complete hourly restroom cleanliness checks
• Carry full bus tubs and supplies to the downstairs dish area
• Assist the front-of-house team as needed

Qualifications:

Friendly and professional communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to carry bus tubs and regularly use stairs
Restaurant or cashier experience preferred
Familiarity with gluten-free dining is a plus
Self-starter, motivated, always moving and finding things to do
