Comprehensive Benefits: 50% company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement: 401(k) with company match Technology Provided: iPhone & iPad for work efficiency Professional Growth: Continuous training and development opportunities Uniforms Provided: Cleaned and serviced for you Work Environment: Collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced What You’ll Do Perform all aspects of residential plumbing service (water heater installs/repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning) Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers Keep truck inventory stocked and organized Complete paperwork and process payments accurately Mentor apprentices and support team development Occasionally participate in on-call rotation Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years residential plumbing service & repair (diagnosing/troubleshooting) Skills: Drain cleaning, leak detection/repair (preferred), fixture and water heater replacement Mindset: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven Physical Ability: Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions and lift/move equipment as needed Tech-Friendly: Experience with ServiceTitan a plus Requirements: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, background check, and drug screen Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
