Worship Leader

Part‑Time Worship Leader Lead Sunday Services in cooperative manner alongside Senior Pastor. Collectively put together Songs lists through Planning Center, utilizing Song Select and Music Stand. Lead from Guitar or Paino. Familiar with current Worship songs from Planning Center top 100. Hours On Site: Sunday Mornings (9:30-12:30) Newark Delaware | Weekly Prep: Remotely | 1-2 hrs. Pay Scale $200-$300 per week (depending on Skill and commitment level) Position Overview The Worship Leader serves as a spiritual and ministry leader who helps create environments where people can encounter God through worship. This individual will lead worship for The Dream Center Chapel while developing worship team volunteers and supporting the overall mission of the church. The ideal candidate will demonstrate spiritual maturity, strong leadership, a servant's heart, and a passion for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. This is more than a position—it is a calling to serve the local church and invest in God's Kingdom Work through an outreach centered Vision & Mission. Job Skills Required A heart for and experience at Spirit‑led worship ministering / leading. strong commitment to the vision of the church. Excellent communication skills & relationship building with the lead pastor. A heart for developing musicians, worshipers, leaders. Experience leading worship in a church setting. Spiritual Qualifications A growing and vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ. A clear calling to church ministry and worship leadership. A lifestyle that reflects biblical character and spiritual maturity. Agreement with the mission, values, and beliefs of The Chapel Tech Qualifications Familiarity with Planning Center, ProPresenter, and worship ministry technology. Basic understanding of sound, lighting, and production systems. Strong organizational and administrative skills Schedule & Expectations Sunday weekend services from (9:30-12:30) Flexibility to work with Senior Pastor throughout the week for procuring Sunday Songlist.
