Inventory Supervisor Summary Full‑time | Monday – Friday | 5:00 am - 2:00 pm, or until completion. This hands‑on supervisor position works closely with the warehouse team and the Operations Manager and is responsible for all receiving operations including inventory accuracy and is accountable for employing measures to correct and maintain the inventory accuracy. Qualifications Minimum 3‑years warehouse operations experience or equivalent Robust inventory principles Firm grasp of receiving procedures and inventory flow urgency Stellar organizational aptitude Proven time and task management Interpersonal skills Outstanding attention to detail Able to perform light to heavy physical tasks; able to lift 50 lbs. safely Proficiently operate a variety of powered industrial trucks Comfortable with exposure to environmental conditions (e.g. heat/cold, noise, dust) Must be comfortable with heights (20′-25′) What Will Make You Stand Out Eclipse Warehouse Management System background Inventory Control experience Inventory Supervisor Duties Oversees Damages/Returns & UPS/FEDEX Inbound, Customer Pick‑Ups, Customer Picks/Forklift Operator, and Cycle Counts/Inventory Slotting/Product Flow. Monitors and evaluates performance of direct reports. Responsible for accuracy of all in‑bound shipments. Maintains other receiving and shipping records such as returned merchandise, damage, and discrepancies. Verifies inventory levels with system cycle counts against physical counts. Promotes and enforces workplace safety procedures and measures. Provides training on processes and procedures. Communicates business plans and departmental goals and objectives.
