Assistant Program Manager of IDD Group/Community Homes We are a client-focused organization supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Greater Prince William area. We are seeking a bright, dependable, hardworking, and compassionate Assistant Program Manager for one of our group homes. The schedule is Sunday‑Thursday, 6 a.m.‑2 p.m., 40 hours per week at the Group Home located in Manassas, VA 20112. Pay rate is $20 per hour. Responsibilities Supervision of staff. Direct interventions with individuals. Case management. Qualifications Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. High school diploma or equivalent (or GED). Valid Virginia driver’s license with at least three years of continuous driving experience in the United States. Eligibility Requirements Pass and maintain required trainings: CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (MAT), Medicaid Waiver, Human Rights, OSHA, and Van Training. Pass criminal and Child Protective Services background investigations. Meet state of Virginia employment eligibility requirements. Strong written, communication, and computer skills. Driving record meets agency vehicle insurance carrier requirements. Availability to attend and pass onsite training within the first 30 days of hire. Benefits Competitive pay.
