Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the Emergency Department and may also have ICU experience. This role involves working in the region's only designated Chest Pain Center and Certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, implementing treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with triage and prioritize patient needs in a high-stress environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Emergency Department.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, Handle with Care (available on-site), NIH.
• RN license required.
