Seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on support across a sophisticated enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, working directly with users, and continually expanding their infrastructure and engineering skill set.

The ideal candidate is technically curious, customer-focused, and comfortable working across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, endpoint technologies, and cloud-based services .

** Key Responsibilities **

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise applications.
• Support user accounts, permissions, groups, and authentication through Active Directory and Entra ID .
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and conference-room technology.
• Diagnose network connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic routing/switching concepts .
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot endpoints using tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, or similar technologies .
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, equipment deployment, and access management.
• Monitor and respond to tickets while meeting established SLAs and maintaining strong documentation.
• Escalate complex infrastructure, networking, security, and application issues to the appropriate engineering teams.
• Participate in technology projects, system upgrades, application rollouts, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements to reduce future support incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base articles.
• Utilize scripting and automation where appropriate to improve support processes and eliminate repetitive tasks.

** Required Qualifications **

• 4+ years of experience in technical support, desktop engineering, systems administration, or a related IT role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows environments .
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and/or Entra ID .
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 .
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with an enterprise ticketing/ITSM platform such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
