Responsibilities At least one year of experience with installation of Hardie, Vinyl, Fiber Cement siding Replacement and repair work of installs, tear offs, redeck, replacements Thoroughly clean job site, take photos before and after, upload them to the CRM Communicate with homeowners and Superintendents on site to address problems Required Skills And Qualifications At least one year of installation experience vinyl and Hardie siding Quality workmanship & excellent communication Motivated, organized, disciplined Your own truck and tools, unless working independently Need proper insurance and licensing Your own crew (each must have one English speaking person) Certificate Of Insurance General Liability: $2 million aggregate; $2 million products & completed operations; $1 million per occurrence Automobile Liability: $1 million combined single limit Workers' Compensation: $500k M&M Home Remodeling Services seeks to safeguard its employees, customers, and others while conducting company business.
